This project has a simple and uncomplicated form and construction. Thanks to its economical form and simplicity, it is easy to build and therefore inexpensive. At the same time, it is functional and meets all the requirements for comfortable living for a family of four. You enter the house through an entrance hall with a large wardrobe, which leads to the hallway and living room. On either side, not far from the entrance, are the children’s bedrooms, further back is the living area – with a kitchen separated by a fireplace and TV wall and a living room with a seating area and space for a dining table. Further back is the master bedroom, which is somewhat separated from the rest of the interior. From the hallway, a small corridor leads to the bathroom and toilet and further behind a double door to the garage and boiler room. Given the small usable area, the design of the Zosia 6 house is very functional and has an extensive room layout. There is no wasted space here – everything is arranged logically and practically. The house has a simple and attractive design. A key advantage of this house is its simplicity and functionality, which translate into maximum investment returns for little money.
