An interesting project for a small single-story house with a single garage, suitable for construction on flat plots. It is a modern building designed on a rectangular floor plan with a simple shape, covered with a gable roof without an overhang. It impresses with its striking appearance and functionally planned usable space. The house looks very attractive thanks to its beautifully designed facade, a fashionable composition of light and graphite-colored plaster and wood paneling. The whole is rounded off by graphite-colored windows and doors as well as flat roof tiles in a matching color. The vestibule, with space for a cupboard, a coat rack, and a bench, leads to a functionally designed interior with clearly defined areas of use. The open-plan living area features a spacious living room with space for comfortable sofas, which is perfectly lit thanks to the generous glazing that connects the room to the pergola-covered terrace and garden. In addition to space for a summer dining area, the terrace also offers room for a relaxation zone with garden furniture. The dining area in the proposed design offers space for a comfortable table for the whole family, where everyone can enjoy meals together. The heart of the house is the kitchen with a cooking island, which is beautifully lit by a large front window. The kitchen is equipped with functional countertops and spacious cabinets. In the private area of the house, three spacious rooms have been designed, each with direct access to the garden and space for closets. These include a comfortable master bedroom and two children’s rooms. The hallway leads to a toilet and a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and shower, which is adjoined by a laundry room. At the end of the hallway is a gas heating room that also serves as a storage room. This room leads to the garage, which has a separate exit to the garden and space for cupboards, sports equipment, and garden tools.
