This modern single-story house impresses with its striking façade design and spacious covered terrace. The interesting combination of different materials creates a beautiful visual effect. In this version of the design, a single garage has been added to the building. The front area is embellished with a risalit featuring a functional entrance porch, accentuated by concrete-textured plaster. An unusual feature of the house is the terrace, which is covered by an additional roof. It is the ideal place for a summer dining area that connects seamlessly with the interior of the house. The second part of the terrace is covered by a modern pergola and offers a comfortable outdoor area for relaxing in the fresh air. The L-shape of the building allowed for a natural separation of the living and sleeping areas. The living area is impressive with its opening to the roof, which makes it appear more spacious and allowed for the use of tall, striking glazing in the living room. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for family time. The dining room is the focal point of the living area, with direct access to the terrace and garden through a sliding door. The dining room is connected to the kitchen by a long peninsula, which serves as a generous work surface for preparing meals and as a breakfast bar. An interesting corner window has been designed in the kitchen, which illuminates the room perfectly, and there is also a pantry nearby.
