Tebe

The small and highly functional Tebe is perfect for a family of 2 to 4 people. Thanks to its simple shape and compact dimensions, it fits into almost any plot of land, even small ones. The sleeping area comprises three spacious bedrooms, one of which has windows at the front (on the entrance side). Adjacent to this is a shared bathroom, which comfortably complements the private area. The rooms open onto a small hallway, which serves as a buffer between the sleeping, entrance, and living areas. The hallway is spacious enough to accommodate a wardrobe and clothes hangers. The living area consists of an open space that extends along the gable wall and has windows facing three sides. This allows for good lighting throughout the day and adequate ventilation. The living room and dining room open onto the outdoor terrace, which is an extension of the common area. On the opposite side is a semi-open kitchen and next to it a closed boiler room, which also serves as a pantry. The small cubic volume, compact shape, and technology used to construct the building enable savings in heating costs.
