Z24 is the ideal house for a family of four to five. This cost-effective and easy-to-build yet attractive building has a gabled roof. The front façade is enlivened by an interesting corner window that offers a view of the street and garden from the kitchen area. The functional room layout makes the building extremely comfortable. Space has been created for a wardrobe in the vestibule and an additional passageway leading directly to the kitchen through the pantry has been provided, which can be used to unload shopping, for example. In the living area, the dining room and kitchen are connected to a bright living room. The central location of the fireplace and the spacious utility room is another advantage of this house (e.g., the possibility of easy installation of energy-saving systems). The house is single-story, which facilitates the distribution of mechanical ventilation ducts with heat recovery in the ceiling area. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Plenty of space has been created for built-in wardrobes throughout the house.
